Miracle Studio's Tasks utility effectively replaces an enterprise's manual process to improve task management. It provides valuable insight into the who, what, and when of tasks, enhancing worker productivity and accountability. 



Through this article, you will learn the basics of the Tasks utility and how to make the most of them. 


Searching for Tasks


Located at the top of the page, the search bar allows you to search through existing tasks. Simply type the name of the task or who it was assigned to, and then click on the search icon.  


Filtering Tasks

You can filter existing tasks from the screen above by clicking one of the following filters:

  • Complete - Make sure this button is selected (i.e. gray) to view completed tasks.
  • Active - Selecting this option will display all active tasks. 


Creating a New Task


You can begin populating the Tasks list by creating tasks. Simply click Create New Task (shown above), and follow the steps in this guide.


Creating Tasks in Bulk


Instead of creating tasks individually, you can create them in bulk in one go. Follow the steps detailed here after clicking on the Bulk Task button (shown above).
