Push notification is sent to Miracle Mobile App in two case scenarios: 

  1. A push notification is created via Miracle Studio's Notifications utility. 
  2. Whenever a new task is created, a push notification about the task is sent to the selected user/s. 


When a push notification is received on a mobile device. the push notification behaves according to the specification of the respective operating system.


Tapping on the notification will open the application and take the user to the Home screen or the Notifications screen in Miracle Mobile App. Form designers can configure which of these pages is displayed in Miracle Studio.

Push Notifications in iOS Devices

In iOS devices, the push notification can be received in two states: 

  1. Application is in the Foreground: The push notification is immediately shown in a popup dialog with the ab 'OK' button. Pressing the button will take the user to the Home screen or the Notifications list in Miracle Mobile App.
  2. Application is in the Background or closed: The push notification is displayed in the notifications tray which can be accessed by swiping down from the top.  


Push Notifications in Android Devices

Push notifications are immediately displayed in the notification drawer. Users can swipe from top to bottom to view the latest notifications in the notifications tray. A push notification can also be viewed by pressing the bell icon which opens the notifications tab.


Push Notifications in Windows Devices

Push notifications are immediately shown in a popup dialog in Windows devices. Clicking on that popup will navigate app users either to the app's Home screen or the Notifications list as configured in Miracle Studio.
