The Form Listing screen appears when a category does not have a landing page specified, and users are directed to a list of forms within that category. The image below shows the Form Listing page users see upon tapping on the Feedback category. 



From the Form Listing screen, you can perform one of the following four actions:

  • Refresh Forms
  • Search for Forms 
  • Download New Forms
  • Update Existing Forms


In this article, you will learn how to use the Form Listing screen. 


Refresh Forms 

The Refresh button (shown below) allows you you to refresh the metadata of the forms in a category. Basically, the app will check with servers to ensure you have the latest list of forms available for you. 



Search for Forms 

Easily locate the forms you need with the Search bar. Begin typing the form's name, and forms which match what you type will appear. 



Download New Forms

New forms which are still not part of your app need to be downloaded before you can use them. Upon refreshing the Form Listing screen, you will notice the form's name in light gray along with the download icon (shown below). Download the form onto your device by tapping on the button. 



Update Existing Forms

If the content of existing forms has been updated, you can fetch the latest version by:

  1. Tapping on the Refresh button to fetch the latest list of forms. 
  2. Tapping on the Update button (shown below).
